WHO IS SWEETENLOE CROCHET?

SweetEnloe Crochet (pronounced "sweet-in-low") is a one-woman shop from creator Emily of unique and fun handmade crochet items. Based in Charleston, SC, Emily is a full-time educator who likes to create items to wear, use, and enjoy through the craft of crocheting. All items are handmade by Emily herself, created through random bursts of inspiration.

HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR ITEMS?

Each item is priced to reflect multiple factors including: cost of material, time it takes to create, and difficulty of design. All items also take into consideration the average market price for similarly made items and also include sales tax. 

Yarns can be made from a variety of materials (such as cotton, bamboo, rayon, wool, polyester, or a combination of several of those). Each of the blends come in different weights, lengths, and colors and can determine the cost of the product. Additionally, larger or more intricate projects can take many hours and the price reflects the many steps in the process to create high-quality work for you to enjoy.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, absolutely! Sometimes you are looking for a one-of-a-kind design or gift, or maybe you like an item but need a different color/size. SweetEnloe Crochet can definitely make a custom order happen for you! All custom orders need to be discussed via the Contact Us page with your request included in your message. Once you contact SweetEnloe Crochet, we can begin the design process together. All custom orders require a 50% deposit before the project begins and the remainder of the deposit due on the designated day of delivery. The length of time and cost of a custom order will depend on multiple factors including material, difficulty of design, and expected time completion. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All items will be shipped through USPS and estimated delivery times are based on the current status of USPS at the time of delivery. Items will be packaged and shipped out within 24-48 business hours of ordering.

 

NO RETURNS

At this time, the SweetEnloe Crochet shop does not complete any returns. All items are sold as is and sales are final.
